I have over 10 years of experience in the BPO industry as a Technical Support Representative, providing support to U.S.-based customers. This strengthened my customer service, communication, and technical problem-solving skills.
I also worked remotely as part of a Workforce Management team, supporting call centers in Los Angeles, Tucson, Youngstown, Jamaica, and Guatemala. This role gave me valuable experience in administrative operations, workforce coordination, reporting, and collaborating with remote teams.
In addition, I currently manage a small e-commerce business on the Philippines' leading online marketplaces, where I handle day-to-day store operations and gain hands-on experience in e-commerce.
To prepare for a career as an E-commerce Specialist, I have invested extensively in online courses and self-directed learning, building practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, product listing optimization, SEO, PPC advertising, analytics, and e-commerce best practices.
